How to choose a reliable courier?
Choose couriers with a verified profile. Verification increases trust, but it does not guarantee results — it is also important to check information independently.

Before handing over your package, it is recommended to obtain:

* phone number (with active calls and SMS)

* messenger (WhatsApp / Telegram)

* route and departure date

* ticket confirmation (photo of the ticket)

* address for handover to the courier

Yes, absolutely.

The sender should know the exact address for handing over the package in advance:

* street

* building number

* apartment / office

Handing over a package “on the street” or in an undefined location is not recommended, as it increases the risk of disputes and fraud.

Do not send a package without a precise address.

The safest option is payment upon delivery.

If a courier insists on full prepayment without explanations or confirmation, this may be a sign of risk.

Agree on and confirm the delivery fee in advance.

Be cautious if the amount changes unexpectedly.

This issue must be discussed with the courier in advance:

* what happens in case of confiscation

* whether the courier bears responsibility

* whether an insurance deposit is offered

If the goods are valuable, it is recommended to:

* agree on an insurance amount

* document the terms before handing over the goods

* verifying the courier’s identity and matching it with the profile details

* documenting the handover (for example, receipt, photo, or video) whenever possible

* showing the contents of the package to the courier

* recording the quantity, weight, and contents of the shipment

Couriers are strongly recommended to:

* verify the actual contents against the agreement

* make sure there are no prohibited or previously unagreed items inside

We do not recommend accepting:

* medicines and dietary supplements

* powders and loose substances

* alcohol, tobacco, hookah mixtures

* unlabeled liquids

* flammable substances

If the item raises any suspicion — refuse transportation.

There have been cases where, under the guise of personal belongings, the following were transported:

* prohibited substances

* unapproved goods

The courier bears personal responsibility for the transported baggage. Carefully check the contents of the parcel.

Before departure, the courier is recommended to:

* ensure that the recipient is informed

* agree on who will pay (sender or recipient)

* confirm the delivery address

It is recommended to:

* receive payment upon handover of the goods

* not hand over the goods without confirmed payment

* agree in advance on the amount and payment method

We recommend that the courier:

* agree in advance with the buyer on the exact item, model, size, color, and budget

* confirm the cost of the goods and delivery before purchase

* discuss payment terms for the goods and delivery in advance (prepayment, full payment, or payment through the courier)

* obtain confirmation from the buyer before making the purchase

* if possible, show the item to the buyer via video call

* keep the receipt or proof of purchase

* check the item for defects and compliance with the agreement

* allow the recipient to check the contents of the parcel on the spot

* if the item was purchased on behalf of the buyer — ensure the recipient checks it for compliance and absence of defects

* confirm that the recipient has accepted the goods and has no claims regarding their condition at the time of receipt

* if possible, document the fact of handover

This helps avoid misunderstandings and disputes after delivery.

How to choose a reliable courier for purchasing a product?
We recommend choosing couriers with a verified profile (identity confirmed). Verification increases the level of trust, as the user has identification data; however, it does not provide an absolute guarantee of fulfilling the agreement.

It is also recommended to:

* consider the courier’s reviews and rating

* agree in advance and document in writing the terms of purchase and delivery

Before placing an order, we recommend discussing the following with the courier in the chat:

* who will purchase the product — the courier or the buyer independently

* delivery cost

* who, when, and how the product will be paid for (advance payment or full payment)

* terms of liability of the parties and possible guarantees from the courier

* whether the product is insured during transportation

Additionally, the parties may agree on individual terms, including partial guarantees or other forms of securing the agreement.

The purchase method is determined by the agreement between the parties. In practice, the following options are possible:

1. In-store purchase by the courier (offline):

The courier purchases the product personally in the store. It is recommended to confirm the purchase at the time of buying (photo/video of the product, receipt, and packaging).

2. Online order by the buyer:

The buyer places the order independently and provides the courier’s details for pickup. The courier collects the ready order and delivers it.

3. Online order through the courier:

The courier places the online order by agreement with the buyer. It is recommended to agree in advance on the payment procedure and confirmation of the purchase.

We recommend agreeing in advance with the courier on the payment procedure.

If the purchase is made in-store (offline):

We recommend paying for the product at the time of purchase, when the courier is in the store and can confirm the product, its size, color, and condition before payment.

If another payment method is applied:

The parties may agree on advance payment or full payment in advance. The payment terms and timing must be agreed upon before placing the order.

When ordering branded goods (bags, clothing, etc.), we recommend:

* clarifying in advance whether the product is original or a copy

* requesting a receipt, invoice, or proof of value

* if possible, checking certificates, tags, packaging, and other signs of authenticity

* agreeing on the delivery cost taking into account the actual value of the product
